There are three common causes:

2) Your Internet Privacy currently is not set to recommended Privacy level, resulting in the blocking of Online Shopping Carts.

Possible Solutions:

a) You could call us at 1-877-666-8742 Ext. 5 for a phone order.


b) You could go to your Internet browser and got to Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy and set your Internet Zone (Slider Bar) to the recommended level, then refill your cart.


3) You completed your purchase, and the cart was automatically cleared.

Possible Solution:

You should be getting an invoice via email, print it out for your records, enjoy the rest of the day!
